He wasn't used properly under Tomlin. He was listed as qb/wr but never got to play. Well we have a couple new gadget guys now. New coaches. New gadgets. A new day is dawning under the gloomy gray skies of Pittsburgh.

Nope.. but they dont need 5 qbs on the Roster abd tgey expect Rodgers to sign... there are barely enough snaps for four in camp... he would be wasted..

Seem to be making a little roster room and removing older redundant players.
I would like to see two low-price, low-risk FA moves to strengthen a few spots:
Waive Harrison, bring back Elandon Roberts at ILB. Helps with run-stuffing.
Sign FA Will Dissly to our TE3. HE can block and catch the ball, and would be a relatively young and cheap TE3 that is better rounded than the other candidates they have in camp.
With what we save on the cap dumping Harrison we'll sign both these guys and have a little leftover.
