Anyone know how many fans Philly was allowing? Seems like the Heinz field tally is pretty reasonable. Looks like it set up in a safe manner.
 
I actually think they should open the upper deck and let more fans in. It is clear that they can accomplish distancing with more fans spaced out.
 
So, basically, until the Mayor says so, the Steelers and Stadium Authority will allow a percentage of fans. Who determines the percentage? I see no rhyme or reason as to the numbers. I went to Nashville and there were almost 15k. Charlotte had no fans. This past weekend Heinz had under 6k at the gate. Atlanta had less than 10k. Does the CDC have a different % for each state?

I think it was like 3,500. Similar to what Heinz is allowing.

I believe it is mandated at the state level. i.e., Governor.
