Steelers place the right of first refusal tender on AA Ron.

A fellow I once knew always said " retirement is the best thing that could ever happen to a person. "

One would think that if a handshake agreement were truly in place, then this move by the Steelers would be completely unnecessary. Seems to me that they really don't know what the hell the guy is going to do, and they're just covering their a$$ at this point. So it gives me some renewed hope there is a decent chance that Rodgers won't be back.

I can't believe we're enduring 2 years of this nonsense,**** or get off the pot.

You either want to play or you don't. If he really wants to play he should be training his *** off to get the most out of the talent he has left. The arm is good, but the legs need some work.

I have no idea what he's doing, but if it's just chilling licking frogs then I think it's time to call it a day.

It's not like he needs the money.
Maybe licking frogs is an expensive hobbie?

I don't hear any interest from other teams. Only if there is an injury. He isn't " in demand " but he is available.

31 teams in the league are smart enough to realize he is NOT an answer

Rooney’s many comments about Rodgers also show he has balls the size of a fruit fly
I think it aligns with his agenda. He sees AAron as a means to another winning season. If he gets anything more than that it is icing on the cake for him. He wants the perception of being in contention.

Why did we force Ben into Retirement?
Yeah, the guy that is an all time Franchise great, yet here we sitting around allowing a 42 year old QB who hasn't done a damn thing for this franchise string us along.
