Heard about this last week. It’s a new program and gives us an exempt spot on the 10 man PS. Seems interesting. Wonder if Philly will stash him on their PS so we can poach him. Development player worked out with Big Al.

the NFL will allow the team to have 11 players this year to accommodate the extra player.

That is a lot of players, speaking of poach perhaps we can find a ILber or two to throw on it.....
