After Mike Tomlin could not end the playoff drought that has lasted over a decade in the Steel City he decided it was time to hang up his clipboard. Now McCarthy takes over at 62 years old with 18 seasons of NFL head coaching experience including 13 with the Green Bay Packers and five with the Dallas Cowboys.
