The Pittsburgh Steelers were thrilled when they signed punter Cameron Johnston during the 2024 offseason. Pittsburgh gave him a three-year deal worth $9 million, which is a significant investment for a punter and showed just how much confidence the organization had in the veteran at the time. Unfortunately, Johnston only punted twice for the Steelers before suffering a gruesome season-ending injury in 2024. During the 2025 season, Johnston spent time with both the New York Giants and Buffalo Bills.
