The Pittsburgh Steelers have been busy during the 2026 offseason so far. Right when free agency kicked off, Steelers General Manager Omar Khan made a big-time trade with the Indianapolis Colts to land wide receiver Michael Pittman Jr. This was massive for the Steelers, as their wide receiver room has been in disarray for several seasons. Now they have a true wide receiver duo to complement their star wideout, DK Metcalf. The addition of Pittman gives Pittsburgh a weapon that can stretch the field and provide quarterback Aaron Rodgers or whoever ultimately lines up under center with a reliable target to turn short completions into big gains. For a team that has struggled to find consistency at the position, this trade immediately changes the dynamic of the offense.
