1st clip - Reporter is completely professional and just rolls with it, no sells it, and makes a funny comment. Kudos to him.

2nd clip - What a clown. Reporter totally unprofessional and visibly upset and fuming to the point where he forcefully shoves the guy. Realizes he just assaulted a guy ( snowflake terminology, not mine ) on live TV, and tries to make light of it with a quippy comment to try and save face.
