Steelers - clowns game thread - 1st head to head.

Pouncey should get 2 games as well, even though I completely understand why he was stomping him.

you see your QB/brother just getting assaulted with a helmet, everyone can understand why Pouncey lost his mind. Maybe one game for the kick, but I don't think he deserves that.

Oh I completely agree with you. Its just that the NFL won't let it go unpunished. I hope its only one game but it won't surprise me if its two.

Ordinarily I would agree, but this is unprecedented. I'm a little disappointed that Garrett was able to walk off the field.

how could i forget that. It was so well set up. They'd never expect a flea flicker to a practice squad guy

that's why he will get a game, minimum, more than likely two. The NFL can't let any of this slide.

I mean we were playing a team with a above average secondary and pass rush and below average run defense and opted to do mostly slow developing plays and rely on deep shots to a DHB clone... we got what we deserved...
 
Doesn't change the fact that we need a quaterback for the future. I'm sure that he's not going to be accurate all of the sudden because he got hit with his own helmet. And the offensive line should be relieved of their duty. They got fat and happy with their big contracts. The standard is not the standard with this team. We look like the Clowns or Bungals. Can't believe they didn't plan on Ben aging.

Shawne Merriman hit Vince Young late once. Kevin Mawae retaliated by taking out his knee a few plays later. Merriman was never the same after that.

Offense is offensive. They deserve to be hit in the head with their own helmet. Wish Tomlin would have done it. The standard is not the standard anymore. Back to the 80's.
 
I dont know why anyone would care about how many games of suspension a player for the Browns gets. We just lost to the Browns with Baker Mayfield. Does anybody else realize that??? Like we lost to a terrible team with a **** QB.

"The standard" is not what it was when Tomlin came in. Doesn't mean **** anymore.
