Steelers - clowns game thread - 1st head to head.

Well, they had 0 chance at a SB, so winning meaningless games just costs them draft positions for the picks they have left.

was anybody open?

I haven't had time to watch the all 22 coach's film for all games but on the few I did watch, the WRs are not open. They have been calling a lot of slow developing plays where MR has to hold the ball and then nobody is open.

Maybe somebody was open on that and he missed them. I'm not trying to be a MR apologist. Just saying this is not all on him.He's in a bad situation on a lot of plays

Jones and washington for the most part the ones making a couple catches.
 
Why is the statue still the game?
 
What I wouldnt give to have Landry Jones back on this rozter
 
If anything tonight....Tevin Jones has earned more playing time....possible #4 guy.
 
It’s clear Mason cannot throw WRs open. He doesn’t see what’s there or could be there.
 
That 3rd down play is a perfect example. They are almost afraid to throw over the middle. If Samuels route breaks inside, that's probably an easy completion and 1st down, but they have it break out which makes it a tougher throw and gives the LB a better angle and more time.

I feel like they are not giving MR many high % throws. So many plays I watch, the middle of the field is just empty
