Steelers @ Baltimore

I miss when we used to get a couple sacks a game.. now i'm happy to just see players near the QB.

make that coach, not coaches, we've never had **** *** players on D like this when Lebeau was here the first round or pre Tomlin

It would be nice to play a solid strong game...a girl can dream, right?
 
I will say this Jarvis Jones is definitely improving his game.....this week vs last week. He has stayed in his lane and not lost backside contain by cracking down on the RB.

I think Lebeau is doing the best he can, with what he has been given. When you can PROVE Lebeau is ASKING for these scrubs, then I will be willing to cut him loose. Otherwise It is ALL on Tomlin & Colbertt.

We got 3 sacks last week. Still gave up 27 points. They need players that aren't just flash players. They need solid hardcore physical players that can get to the QB AND ALSO be able to hold the point.

Exactly. We've drafted soft 4-3 Tampa-2 players to run LeBeau's 3-4. And the wrong players, too. Guys with no power who are allergic to turnovers.

When we hired Tomlin, I had daydreams of all of the pressure and turnovers that would result. Good Lord how wrong was I?
 
So can we revisit, this whole Cowher's players thing? It's easy to coach talent, not easy to rebuild a team, we are seeing that first hand now and the past couple seasons.
