I think they stand pat, but a move up isnt out of the question if the right player is available and the price is right... i dont think they do it just to do it...
Now I'm really expecting them to try to move up in the second, or maybe back into the bottom of the first.. they could do that without expending that much draft capital... the only problem is that while that will pacify the great unwashed yinzers, it will cost prime mid round picks... which in a draft like this may lose out on prime players at positions of need like wr that are ridiculously deep
Keep an eye on Caleb Downs. As great as he was in college, these guys were highly rated prospects as well, not top ten picks. If he gets past the Bengals, I look for a trade partner.
