All the talk around the Pittsburgh Steelers lately has been focused on the quarterback position, and for good reason. The uncertainty surrounding Aaron Rodgers has created nonstop speculation about what the Steelers could or should do next. Every angle has been covered, from potential fits to long-term plans, but somehow the most important part of the conversation continues to be overlooked. Steelers General Manager Omar Khan came out very early in the 2026 offseason stating that Rodgers' decision would not take nearly as long as it did in the 2025 offseason. As we sit here after the draft, Rodgers still has not made his future plans known. That directly contradicts what Khan stated.
