Steelers - 49ers game thread.

If this were any other team, half time offensive adjustment would be made, but we all know another 4 turnovers will be needed to assist.
 
All kidding aside people. You all do realize this is Mason's first start. ******* A. There are some crying g pussycats on here in game threads.
 
Great D in the 1st half and Fitzpatrick is as good as advertised. The O has nothing going. Terrible play calling not running shorter routes and no one getting open. I keep seeing replays and all of our WR's are running 20+ yards downfield.That is crazy. Run some routes to get Rudolph comfortable and moving the ball. We should be up by at least 14 right now. Hopefully our O will make adjustments at half.
 
Don't give me this bullshit that the steelers are one of the top OL in the NFL. This OL may be the biggest issue. They can't move a pile in the run and their pass blocking is now just average.

Fichtner is calling plays as if his QB will be protected and have time to make a throw. He better get the memo that this OL is overrated.

He should also realize that non of these WRs are going to beat press coverage except JuJu and since he's the only threat, he's getting lots of attention.

Stop with these empty sets.
 
No point in calling a timeout there in hopes we might have a few seconds left near the 50. We get the ball to start the 2nd half. Correct move by Tomlin.

Yea, but being able to complete a forward pass is kinda part of the deal. Right now, he looks terrible and the bizzaro play calling is not helping.
 
The talking heads in the game keep talking how great a job SF D is doing. Blah blah blah. Do they realize who our QB is?what about what our defense is doing? ****.

Our offense was munch... with brown drawing doubles and triples and ben improvising and calling better plays as needed

That said at times the coverage looks pretty good for SF. Hopefully in the 2nd half our WR do a better job alo g with Mason. Cant keep thinking g our defense will only give up another 3. If so it might end in a tie.

Are you kidding? Fact is, Rudolph is just one or two throws away from a pick 6. He has no confidence, he can't read the defense, he's basically trying not to do something stupid. And that's generally when you do something stupid.

That is NOT a call for Hodges, by the way. That would be an epic **** show.

The 49ers are stacking the box because there is 0 fear of a pass over 4 yards past the LOS, OL can't block 7-8 guys
