The Steelers have certainly had some rough years but when you look at the NY Giants you really gotta appreciate the Steelers Organization....

The past 4 seasons for the Giants for the first 8 games from 2017-2020 the NY Giants have a combined record of 5-27. WOW.....They are worse than the Cleveland Browns the past 4 seasons who are 9-22-1. In the meantime the past four years for our Pittsburgh Steelers are 23-8-1. Here is NY it's all Giants fans and I feel bad for most of my friends who are just lost when it come to their football team. I honestly can't even bring myself to rag on them because their team is sooooo bad.

NY Giants
2017 - 1-7
2018 - 1-7
2019 - 2-6
2020 - 1-7

Steelers
2017 - 6-2
2018 - 5-2-1
2019 - 4-4
2020 - 8-0

Many consider the Giants as a stable organization too.

Steeler fans deep inside do appreciate this organization. Look at the fans at away games, most have had to move and still loyal to the Steelers

I like to compare the Steelers to the Saints. Payton has been in his job one year longer than Tomlin. He's had a qb that most outside of Pittsburgh consider to be a step above Ben. He's had 3 losing seasons (7-9, so no horrible years), and his only trip to the Super Bowl was in the middle of Tomlin's 2 trips. By the standards of the Tomlin haters, Payton must be an awful coach.

A lot of those out of town fans have never been to Pittsburgh. The Steelers, like other highly successful teams (Yankees, Lakers), have attracted tons of fans with no tie to the city.

Yeah, the Giants have fallen off a cliff ever since they got rid of Coughlin and GM Jerry Reese, pretty wild. I used to think of them as the "Steelers of the NFC"

The Giants were done before they got rid of Coughlin.

Or the organization could be appreciative of their fans.

Giants are 2-7 and if they win this weekend, they are close to being on top of the division. A historically bad division and we got to play it this season.

Anyone have the Jets records for the same period of time?. The state of New York has had a particularly bad football run.

You can add basketball to it without a doubt
