Steelers can climb into first place without playing this Sunday.

As the bungles and rats have a better standing right now, their lead in the division can take a hit if they both lose this weekend.

Both teams will be playing good teams. The Chiefs and the Saints who both yield capable offenses.

ravens will be playing at home so that might assist their cause, but I think the Saints have enough weapons to come away with a victory.

I would think the bungles will have their hands full with the Chiefs. Both teams are coming off losses, but the Chiefs seem to have no problem scoring..

As long as the win out and control your own destiny scenario exists then im fine with the Steelers record.... if this board had existed in 85 when they started 3-4 then made the super bowl im sure by week 8 it would have been horrible with the naysayers....

Fix the D and a few tweaks on O and tgey are fine... tell Bos that he cannot miss anymore too lol

Right. And we'd have atleast 1 more win if Boz makes that firld goal in the Stains game. We're not in as bad shape as people think.

Saints have a pretty good run D I think? To lazy to look up stats, but that could be because teams have to throw to keep up

Steelers went to the Super Bowl in 95, but your point is valid.

Flukiest game ever. Stain fans still cling to that game.

If the Stains were truly 51 points better than the Steelers then they should of swept them.
Just 4 weeks later the Steelers beat the Stains 17-7... in Cleveland.

**** they came one point from beating Denver in the Championship game,looking back kinda glad they lost cause they woulda got smoke by the niners

Oh and don’t forget Stains got payback in 99 51-0 in their new digs

Had no idea there was a game on this morning Chargers/Titans 9:30am eastern.
 
Unfortunately, i think the Rats beat the Saints today. Saints on the road and outdoors not the same team as in the dome. Windy supposedly as well in Baltimore cant help Brees and Flalolco does not throw it more than 15 yards anyway so wind/conditions dont matter to the birds

Bungels get beat by the gunslinger

If OCTOBER don't seem to matter,.......the season may be over or not salvageable hence NOVEMBER. It's a short season and yes, every game matters. Standings are everything to make the playoffs, 1-game isn't like baseball's 160+ games. I realize you know all this but October does matter and we need everything possible in order to be relevant later.

Well, Browns and Ravens lose games that both looked they were headed to overtime, moving up in the division and not even playing. :herewego:
