Social Justice Commitee -NFL

First order of business...a motion that a 50% of a players salary be deducted from their paycheck and invested in the communities they care so much about.

"The league also said Tuesday it is beginning a "Let's Listen Together" campaign that includes digital content and commercials highlighting player-led work on equality issues."

Okay, let's begin by letting vastly less talented players participate in the NFL. The league is very unequal in terms of its treatment of women and disabled players. So anybody who wants to be an NFL player, sign up and take the field - that's equality!!

What, the league demands that only the BEST and most QUALIFIED play a ******* game? But less qualified employees should be doctors and airline pilots? Yeaaahhhhhhh, about that ...

What is being sought by so many SJW's these days is not an equality of opportunity. They are seeking a guaranteed equality of outcomes. Life doesn't work that way, and the divide will continue to grow.

I think they want the right to break the law unpunished. Social justice means ending lawful justice.

There is no such thing as social justice.

There is either justice or injustice.

Book of Exodus "do not favor the poor in judgement".

Dennis Prager is the man, I'll just let him explain...

Jemele Hill Exits ESPN's 'SportsCenter'

Jemele Hill is exiting the 6 p.m. hour of SportsCenter, The Hollywood Reporter has learned. The move comes in the wake of Hill's controversial tweets about President Trump and the National Anthem protests sweeping the NFL.

She's not going away, though:

She will remain at ESPN, where she is one year into a lucrative four-year deal. She'll write for The Undefeated, the ESPN vertical dedicated to race, culture and sport.

You are a racist if you don't give your whole hearted enthusiastic support to what ever this committee says and does.

Also: Check your privilege.

The sad thing is, these guys really do have the money and influence necessary to save young lives by educating, mentoring. providing economic opportunities...instead they'd rather teach people victimhood and hate.

I think quite a few players do educate and mentor in their communities. Unfortunately the media prefers to focus on victimhood and hate.

The zeitgeist of the NFL is clear now. Goodell went all in the wrong way. The NFL used to put faces to individual pursuit of excellence, now it validates victim classes. Anybody want their kids collecting cards of these ********? Liberal self-destruction 101.

No no no!...it's all about "awareness" they will tell you.

Awareness my ***.
What needs made aware is the big lie being propagated.

As I said in an earlier post, contribute half their paycheck,.
The NFL minimum is $465,000/yr.

I could live quite comfortably on $232,500/yr.

This is what happens when your commish is an empty suit whose chief concern is his personal popularity. He's a barking seal playing whatever horn the media dictates in order to get a fish.

He went right along with all the concussion doomsday rhetoric. He never for a second thought about defending the sport of football by pointing out that the science is still unproven and that they are working to make things safer and educate players. Nope, he fell right in line with the narrative that playing football is a death sentence and allowed outside forces a say in NFL policy.

He did the same when he got his hand caught in the Ray Rice cookie jar.

All of this social justice in the NFL is a direct result of Goodell butchering the Ray Rice situation. He could have been a man, stood his ground and said Rice only got 2 games because it was his first offense of any kind, and that his wife testified on his behalf. He would have been called bad names for about 2 days, then it would be over.

Nope, instead he decided to use a back door to blackball Rice from the league. Part of this was allowing outside groups to "oversee" the NFL's policy on domestic violence. Gone was the rational policy that if there were no charges, then there was no punishment. Now you have the NFL acting as a kangaroo court, dishing out fines and punishment with no evidence at all.

It should be no surprise to anyone that once Goodell started throwing away the NFL's autonomy like a morning newpaper truck tossing bundles out the back, that a long line of people started following behind and picking it up. Now he's no longer in control.

Now he's a cuckold watching other dudes bang his wife while he watches in a gimp suit .

The NFL self imposed destruction seems to be accelerating. They are either doing it on purpose or they're idiots. I'd go with both.

Liberal garbage. The NFL we grew to love is over. They should have a committee to make sure that each team has fags, veterans, non-binary, handicapped, illegal, women, and whatever other nonsense they libs are standing up for, on each team.

Looking forward to the XFL, and hoping the USFL returns.

If NFL and its players are truly seeking equality of outcomes, they need to assure themselves, their stakeholders and those they seek to educate that they are not abusing their own privilege .
They should immediately mark down all player, team and league salaries to the national average and use that collective windfall money to fund economic equality for others.

I'm trying to figure out why players need a committee so that they can make a difference in their own communities.

This is where i stand. If you need a committee to do this, you have bigger issues than the committee will "fix".

Some people just do things, and others need a government organization or a committee.

These guys don’t give two ***** about their communities..... as soon as they cash that signing bonus they buy a big ol’ house right next door to the other rich people they’ve bitched about all their lives. Their communities are **** because they make them ****. Who the **** wants to put their business in the middle of a demilitarized zone where potential customers are scared to death to come to? Here’s a million dollar idea... stop shooting at each other in the street and maybe someday developers will start to show some interest in your community. They just can’t seem to get it through their heads that it starts with them. Don’t like the cops harassing you all the time? Quit slinging dope and carrying weapons and maybe... just maybe... they’ll leave you alone. Want to do something with your life? Don’t have 3 kids by the time you’re 20 to 3 different pieces of **** that will never lift a finger to help raise or provide for them. I’m no sociologist, but I think those are good ideas.

That's just plain ole life common sense. It seems to be really lacking nowadays.
