Rodgers old *** should be at every team function there is. New HC….new OC….new OLine coach. New WR’s. He should not be missing any chance of practice whatsoever. What message does this send? Last season we were probably all a little curious to see how he would play. And obviously he was better than the 5 before him. And also obviously he’s not the answer. Of course he will win us some games. And show flashes every once in a while of his old self,But just like Ben did he will look old ,slow,not want to be hit and inconsistent.

We would be in to year two of Darts 🎯 development. We should be debating about what pieces to put around our new young QB. Instead the circus continues. Start Howard. We have to see what he has.

I hate to say this but it’s true. I’m watching a show about a cool old house being renovated. They are painstakingly trying to honor its past yet put their own stamp on it. Of course it’s a money pit.
The owner came on and talked about how really they are just stewards not owners and the best they can possibly do is to leave it better off than they found it for future stewards. And I thought Mann…..this is just like coaching philosophy should be. The team should be better off than when you got here. Millions will be charmed by little quick witted Tomlanism’s weekly. A few of us will think differently.

I like Howard but he hasn’t taken a snap in the NFL pre, post or regular season.

If this guy is your starter this coming season, after watching him look like crap in the worse home playoff loss in team history, you should make his *** be here working with the new staff, new players, etc.
F'ing Joe Flacco was in Cleveland for voluntary stuff last year, so was Sam Darnold in Seattle.
This just tells me Rodgers doesn't care if this team gets better, he just wants his ego stroked and talked about in the media. Bringing Rodgers back does zero for us, so why are letting him string us along. We'd be killing the Browns if they were doing this.

Especially with a new coach having a QB participate in the entire offseason program is a good message to the rest of the team. Rodgers missing out does feel like he's playing because he can and the Steelers are desperate rather than trying to build toward a championship.
