So what are your thoughts on Olave

Tomlin inherited great assistants and leaders on both sides of the ball, but as he has accumulated power he’s become somewhat of a megalomaniac. I suspect he bristled at the commentary of some (like Bradshaw) that he was just a cheerleader and ever since has been out to prove his chops. Feels like his vision is to recreate the 2002 Bucs, game manager QB and dominant defense, namely a Tampa-2 defense.
Totally, and also the Fox Sports interview years ago when he bristled at the suggestion he was a player's coach because "Dick Lebeau is an old white guy and the players love him." I completely believe he's had a chip on his shoulder because he started with training wheels the first 5 years until he could gradually start taking the reigns from DL. He's been out to put his stamp on literally everything and the results have been predictably bland and unimaginative like his word salad that inspires so many.

This kinda trade is just to help get Rogers and 10 wins. If the return capital is light for one of these guys (Olave or Ayuik) Im good with it. But I'd rather move up and get a stud QB next draft. You need ammo for that.

Definitely agree. Keep the 3rd round picks. If they do a trade for any WR, don't give up any more than a 5th.
