Not sure why so many think we desperately need a TE. If Green is healthy he has proven himself to be as good as any of the receiver only types in the draft. If not we still have Hubbard and Nix for blocking packages and have added 3 big WR's (Bryant,Hunter,and JuJu for 3rd down and goal line.Not really in bad shape.

I won't argue that they can't change. There is always a possibility. I would argue, however, that it is one of the hardest things to change.
 
Kinda surprised didn't make an effort to take Bucky Hodges. 6-6 260 4.5 more receiver than te but looks like he could have really helped us in red zone in case green is a no show... better than a long snapper imo

And in what link does the coaches refer to him as lazy??? The link says exactly what TMC told you repeatedly in another thread. Legget referred to himself as lazy

I don't think coach sticks around for rebuttals or answers.. because this DID happen.


anyway, put me in the camp of Hilarious Ledarius returning to play TE and start the season, but make it less than 5 games before he is out indefinitely.:rip1:

Freshman and sophomore years it is indicated he took plays off. 2 TD's and 1 TD respectively. Jr and Sr season 8 and 7 TD's respectively. and significantly more catches each of those seasons.

2016, 2nd in receptions and yards on a team with a WR picked 7th overall in the draft. Not bad for a lazy guy.

Hodges is weak and gets pushed around by smaller players too easily. Average at best. James is light years better than him.
