SEX ABUSE LAWSUIT AGAINST 'X-MEN' DIRECTOR 'FIRST OF MANY' AGAINST HOLLYWOOD, LAWYER VOWS

A lawyer who specializes in sex abuse cases says this week's lawsuit against director Bryan Singer is but one of several Hollywood abuse cases that will come to light in the coming weeks.
Today we learned of a suit against Bryan Singer, the director of the upcoming superhero sequel X-Men: Days of Future Past and a big Democratic donor, charging he drugged and sexually abused a 15-year-old boy back in 1999. Singer's legal team denies the charges.
Lawyer Jeff Herman, who is representing the plaintiff, cautions Wednesday's suit isn't an isolated incident. Herman works as a sexual abuse attorney who previously sued former Elmo puppeteer Kevin Clash on abuse allegations.
Hollywood has a problem with the sexual exploitation of children,” Herman said in a statement. “This is the first of many cases I will be filing to give these victims a voice and to expose the issue.
The issue was brought to the fore in recent years by former child star Corey Feldman. The star of Stand By Me, The Goonies and The Lost Boys opened up in his 2013 memoir about the sexual abuse he and fellow teen star Corey Haim endured in Hollywood at the height of their fame.

'X-MEN' DIRECTOR BRYAN SINGER ACCUSED OF RAPING TEENAGE BOY IN '99

Jeff Herman, a Florida-based attorney who represented the alleged-sexual abuse victims of Elmo puppeteer Kevin Clash (who ended up resigning), has a new client who is accusing "X-Men: Days of Future Past" director Bryan Singer of sexually abusing him as a teenager in 1999. Singer's attorney called the charges "absurd and defamatory."
The plaintiff, Michael Egan, lays out an ugly story that began in the mid-nineties when he came to Hollywood at the age of 14 or 15 to pursue an acting and modeling career. Egan claims he met Singer at the age of 17 through a high school friend, Scott Shackley and Shackley's older brother Chad, who lived at a place called the M & C Estate in Encino with Marc Collins-Rector.
At the time, Collins-Rector was involved in a company called Digital Entertainment Network (DEN). According to the suit, DEN investors, including Singer, used the M & C Estate as well as illegal drugs, alcohol, a DEN salary, and the promise of acting work to lure young men, including underage boys like Egan. The idea was to intoxicate and then sexually assault them.
Variety reports that "Collins-Rector is a registered sex offender, having pleaded guilty in 2004 to luring minors across state lines for sexual acts."
Egan accuses Singer specifically of providing him with "cocaine, a pill identified as “green triangle” which is believed to be a reference to the drug Ecstasy, Xanax, Rohypnol, and Vicodin or Percocet, in addition to alcoholic beverages."
Singer is the only defendant named in Egan's lawsuit, which was filed in Hawaii Wednesday. In the suit Collins-Rector is still accused of participating in the abuse, which is spelled out in graphic detail:
Collins-Rector ordered Plaintiff out of the pool, and Defendant Singer hugged Plaintiff and grabbed his bare buttocks. They then went to the jacuzzi where Collins-Rector had Plaintiff sit on his lap and fondled Plaintiff’s genitals. Collins-Rector then passed Plaintiff to Defendant Singer and Plaintiff was made to sit on Defendant Singer’s lap. Defendant Singer provided an alcoholic beverage to Plaintiff and mentioned finding a role for him in an upcoming movie that he was directing. Defendant Singer told Plaintiff how “this group” controls Hollywood, and that he was sexy. Defendant Singer masturbated Plaintiff and then performed oral sex upon him. Defendant Singer solicited Plaintiff to perform oral sex upon him which Plaintiff resisted. Defendant Singer flagrantly disregarded Plaintiff’s unwillingness to submit, and forced Plaintiff’s head underwater to make Plaintiff perform oral sex upon him. When Plaintiff pulled his head out of the water in order to breathe, Defendant Singer demanded that he continue which Plaintiff refused. Defendant Singer then forced Plaintiff to continue performing oral sex upon him outside of the pool, and subsequently forcibly sodomized Plaintiff.
Egan claims Singer forced him to perform oral and anal sex during two trips to Hawaii.
The suit also alleges that what was happening to young boys at the M & C Estate was "well known and notorious” among “many men in the Hollywood entertainment industry.”
Herman said that more victims will be coming forward.
“Hollywood has a problem with the sexual exploitation of children,” Herman said in a statement. “This is the first of many cases I will be filing to give these victims a voice and to expose the issue.”
Herman and Egan have scheduled a Thursday press conference in Beverly Hills

With gay marriage in the bag, its time to start working on the 'child-sex bigots'.

Stories like this one serve to force people to take sides (and you'll be surprised how many don't think like you do). And it also serves to dull the senses to the horror of the act itself. First its one story, then two, then people start thinking, "If so many are doing it, how bad can it be?" Before you know it, a liberal state makes it legal......

10 years? 15? Eventually.

Its an unproven allegation at this point. I am an skeptic about alleged rapes that were never reported and only come to light when the "Victim" is seeking a monetary claim.
