Snail yea !

Speaking of measurables, Bush ran a 4.43 at the combine. Fant ran a 4.5. Bush had a top speed of 18.47 mph. Fant was 18.18. They had similar numbers in the 20-yard shuttle and 3-cone.

Bush is faster than Fant. He just needs to start getting better in coverage.

Probably so. Good point.

You are a silly rabbit.
Its only two games. Neither Conner nor Snell seem like the answer. Why can't the rookie MacFarland play? He'll hit the hole much quicker and open up the outside rushing game, I can guarantee that.

You choose your words more carefully than, say, I would. Bravo sir, as that's probably the right spirit in which to engage fellow Steelers fans. I'd just call him a ******* idiot and probably continue to. Probably not the most engaging way to communicate, but I've dealt with this ******** far longer than I ever wanted/expected to.

Cooch, you're a silly rabbit.

Our running game is in rough shape and will need to do something moving forward. Conner seems sluggish all around. Part of it is definitely our Oline, but we at least need to throw some screens or something to slow pass rushes down. As for the Fant vs Bush debate it seems they ran the same play back to back and Bush was not close either time. There is really no defending Bush on those ones he just got burnt badly 2x. He certainly needs to be much better there.

Wow. Thanks, man. I've actually found myself agreeing with several of your points as well lately.

You act like we're really that far off on things re: this team. We really only scuffled over an unknown player in Alex Highsmith. Besides that, I find myself nodding my head in agreement with most of your posts.

Cheers my Eastern PA brother.

Conner seemed sluggish today? He looked fine to me, just maybe not some of the holes opening we've been used to seeing. I think even without his long run (behind FB Watt), he still averaged almost 4 YPC. And remember our OL is just 2 weeks into a new transition w/ guys already playing the musical chairs.

It was pretty rough watching Denver's OL (with mastermind Munch) create some holes a damn semi could've gone through cleanly, but give them a little time for some cohesion and consistency.

He just seemed a bit slow and not running with the force or power he used to. The Oline is definitely an issue though. Need to get some guys back...

Are you getting this from the announcers, social media, or what? James Conner ran with a passion today. He also looked out for the pass, and grabbed a couple, confirming him (again) as an all-around back.

Give me your free agents ready to suit up for the Black & Gold.

Most teams don't have a Munch just a damn good positional coach. As far as cooch trying to talk sense into him about anything is a lost cause. His obsession with talking **** about players and coaches in the game thread is old and played out. I know some like him but for me he is just an idiot taking up space.

Snell may have cost himself major playing time with a costly fumble in 2 straight games. I give McFarland and Samuels some carries over the next couple games. Snell can ride the pine until he learns how to hold onto the ball. He fumbles more than Conner.
