So did Fichtner, so did Canada, and now it's Smith, hmmmmm, OC changes, QB changes, but offense stays pretty much exactly the same, who else could it be????

I agree it all starts with Tomlin.

I like what Russ did. No denying that. He gave the offense the boost it needed. That being said. The truth to Russ/Smith saga is always somewhere in the middle. That middle to me is Tomlin wanting to have complete control over the QB and the game.

As far as Russ, I would welcome him back as a number 2. He doesn’t have a full season in him. He did prove that he does have it for no more than 5-7 games which is what you would want in a back up. I don’t think the Wilson camp is ready to accept that reality.
