Shooter shoots, then burns Mormon church in Michigan

I saw this on my news feed. People are just absolutely bat **** crazy.

Mental institutions do seriously need to be brought back into existence. Enough shoving pills onto people. They skip their meds and do stupid & violent ****

They think many people may have been trapped by the flames and could not get out.

The Proud Boys again? They need to be stopped before more people die at their hands.

shooter was Thomas Jacob Sanford an iraq war vet... no motives yet

While there aren’t many details, I’ve read multiple places that the guy had mental health issues and an ax to grind with the Mormon church.

I’ve also read that this is retribution for Charlie Kirk, as Charlie was baptized in the Mormon Church.

I don’t know what’s true. Maybe one or the other, both or neither. I just wish people would stop taking **** out on innocent people. All this killing all the time sucks.

Like I've said before, some crazy people aren't Right, they aren't Left, they're just crazy.

I agree. And while I’m not sure crazy is the right word, you have to have something wrong with you to do something like that. I just struggle to understand why so many of these people choose to kill innocents that didn’t cause their problems.

Soft targets are easier

I took sociology for semester in college. A lot was wanting to understand motives to why people are the way they are.

I’m far from an expert. My only logical explanation is some people are born with bad brains which triggers heavy emotional response especially with rage.

My other explanation is drugs that alter perception and inhibition do damage over time.

The best recourse imo is to just allow mental hospitals to exist for proper oversight and a more peaceful integration to function back into society.

Evil and demonic forces have been roaming the earth since Eve took a bite out of that apple...
Dark forces have gained momentum lately....it has found a weakness in humanity...
That weakness is called a "Fallen nature." It's in all of us.

Where have you been the last 10 years? Haven't you heard anybody who is white, male, heterosexual or Christian is the cause of everybody's problems? This is what happens when politicians and the mass media push the narrative that specific segments of society are to blame for problems that arise from complex issues. It's why synagogues have been attacked in Australia, it's why a mosque was attacked in New Zealand, it's why ethnic Chinese were being attacked by native Indonesians during the Asian financial crisis.

There's also the possibility he may have had a negative interaction with the Mormon church, or a member of the church.
