The Mannings played in a different era, you could actually hit in those era's, QB's weren't protected like they are today, and the rules weren't skewed towards the passing game yet. Sanders will never be as good as Eli, he does nothing well, doesn't have a big arm, his pocket awareness isn't good, decision making is blah, and he is way to full of himself, talking about how great and scary he is going to be after his first start.

As a pro bowler, I think he should hold out ofbtraining camp to his contract is reworked. $250 Mill guaranteed should be the starting point
 
Eli Manning started 7 games as a rookie. He got better each game. In the last 3 games, he threw 5 TD 3 INT and 2 games over 100 rating. The next year, Eli threw for 3700 and 24 TD.

Shedur got worse the more he played.
 
Kevin Stefanski coached two Pro Bowl quarterbacks this year and the Browns fired him. Insane!
