Seriously....How can you be happy with Vick's performance? Maybe it's just me.....

Man I am taking an *** whippin today. Boss is in cinci, life long bengals fan. Everyone is coming for me today. Our corp headquarters are in Detroit, so at least I can kindly remind them of the suck that resides in MI

And here in Jacksonville - we're just the life of the party..."Thanks for taking Scobee off our hands"...

He is a backup QB. He did enough to win. Had they won he would have needed one of the next three to do his job and keep the team at 500. The coaches ****** it. Period.

This. Also id like to see how he does with more than 3 days to prepare for the week.

you're right
landry jones would have done so much better

Nothing will ever compare to the loss against the Chargers and both Patriots losses in the championship games. How about the the loss to expansion team Houston where we rolled up 400 yards of offense to their less then a hundred at home and loss. Yeah only under Tomlin

They were few and far between with Cowher. Under Tomlin, there is at least 2 of them per year.

I will never forget that Texans game. I wanted to get on a plane and whip Maddox's *** in the middle of Reliant stadium. That game was a freaking debacle. then I got to sit watch them eat **** in person in that **** hole of a stadium in Oakland where Ben looked completely out of it and Bill was thinking about his golf game. Ugh I dont want to go down debacle memory lane. Last night hurts enough.

I karma'd you because I laugh my *** off everytime I see your user name. It so entertains me, lol. What else can we do today at this point but laugh anyways?

I'm with you there. Not much has been funny today. I'm always down after a loss, then I come here and read all the bridge jumper's posts, & it makes me feel better. But for some reason, this loss has got me in a funk. Time for a beer I guess. Thanks for the karma & glad you like the name. :)

The Arizona Cardinals were 2-5 when they beat the Steelers in 1994

The Seattle Seahawks were 2-1 when they beat the Steelers 30-13 and then promptly lost their next 6 games and finished 6-10. We all know the 94 season ended in the upset loss to the Chargers.

The 1995 Steelers started 3-4 with losses against1-2 Minnesota Vikings and 1-4 expansion team Jacksonville Jaguars. Yes I know they rebounded to lose the Super Bowl.

The 1996 team opened with a loss to the Jaguars and also were beaten 34-24 by the 3-6 Bengals

The 1997 Steelers lost to the 4-6-1 Eagles and the 7-8 Oilers not sure if that game had playoff implications as it was the last game of the year.

The 2001 Steelers lost to the Jaguars and Bengals who both finished 6-10

I would include the suckfest years of 98-00 but for what we sucked too.

With a major assist from the Steelers' run defense, which gave up nearly 200 yards.

And Vick's average of fewer than 5 yards per pass attempt is unacceptable.

He did enough to move the ball within fg range. Scobee isn't right. This game could have been won by a fg. Blame goes to kicker and coaching staff

Actually that Texans game was at Heinz field. At least I think? The loss that hurt some was against the Jags in 2005. Hines first game out as a starter due to injury. Maddox filling in for Ben. Throwing a pick 6 in OT I believe
