Season ticket waiting list

So they were going to play Oakland v. Green Bay 3rd preseason game in Regina. Deal fell through apparently the Riders vetoed it because they had a home game two days later and converting the field would be tough so they moved to Winnipeg. I read they have only sold 11k in tickets because apparently many if not most of the tickets are 300 each and almost all are 250 plus. Like **** c'mon. Its preseason.

Steelers played a preseason game in Toronto years ago and the prices were up to $500 nuts!!
especially in a stadium that sucks to watch a football game in
can't blame the Bills fans and players for being pissed about playing league games there a few years back

I think it's a solid idea. But I always say this. You are better with 30000 at $150 then 15000 at 300. You will sell more **** programs, shirts, hats. Certainly more beer (teams and promoters might not get). More importantly you will have atmosphere. This is gonna look shity on TV and detract for those who attend.

Exactly. Art Blank has changed the 'owner' game. If we want to stay relevant we better get on-board!!!

If they can't or won't pull your ability to purchase season tickets then your PSL is just a stock. You hope it goes up in value and you make cash. Otherwise you would be just as good or better off without one.

Exactly.

How hard is it to upgrade those seats as the years go by ?

It think the toughest part is playing with the weather. Driving though Somerset on the turnpike can be brutal for the late Sunday or Monday night games.

I’m not sure about the opportunity to upgrade.

You submit a list of sections and rows youd be willing to move to. They will contact you when that comes available. You can't move to PSL seats.

You can Google and buy a PSL seat any time you want. The Steelers have a site for it.

The ones available are $760 per ticket for the season. No seat licenses on these but I think seat licenses are $1,250 each.

Buster - we out-of-town Steelers fans pay between $250 and $350 for decent seats to ONE game on the road. You get the season, and a spot in the line for playoffs, for a mere $760 per ticket. Get four of them - $3000 and you are set.

I have season tickets. I don't like a lot of what the NFL is doing and the overall price increase and pain it is to go to an NFL, but it's still by far my favorite thing to do. For me there's nothing like being in the stadium on a Sunday afternoon.

Agreed! Love the gameday tailgates. Always great food and fun fans.

Ok...I committed to 2 seats in Sec 525 this afternoon. You guys can go ahead and start fighting over who gets to buy my pre-season tickets.

Congrats Buster ! Remember Washington County guys get first dibs !

I just got a PSL this past week. It's a Personal Seat License also called a Stadium Builders License. It means you own the license to the seat making the Season Tickets you get every year Licensed Tickets. You can will, sell and transfer your rights to those seats and season tickets to another party. Unlicensed tickets are tickets that do no have a PSL or BSL.. You do not need to purchase them but if you do not then you can loose them. You cannot transfer the season ticket account to anyone and it cannot be willed to anyone. If you are interested you can look up on the Steelers website the process in purchasing a BSL from someone. I got mine for a steal. But for the most part you are looking at a one time fee of at least $1200 per seat.

Hope this helps.
