Im not sure what the outcome of Xrays will be but it probably wont be good news....the amount of weight that was put on that foot by Aldon seems to have caused that foot to flex unnaturally.

I wanna try and remain positive and hope for the best outcome for Ben and this team but its gonna take solid efforts all around for us to make the playoffs. Landry has to manage games and limit mistakes and stay healthy.

We have the Stains, Seachickens and Colts coming up. Gotta tread water and hope for the best. Its on Landry now.

Bens face seemed okay. He wasn't in a lot of pain nor was he visibly upset. I hope it's just a twisted ankle with no tears.

Gonna remain optimistic that it was just a tweak and he just needs to stay off it for a few days and he'll be back to normal

In the meantime, in Landry we (have no other choice but to) trust

Who knows this time. Seems like this season has just been fricking snake- bitten.

All Pro Center and RB, LT and now Ben twice. Well, we're getting to see what we have in Landry Jones at least.

I think this injury looks bad though, I hope not but it looked bad.

Here's hoping he'll be fine. If it's just a mild sprain, we can have Landry take care of the Stains next week and with the Bye the following week, that'll give Ben a solid three weeks to recover. I'll keep praying.....

Don't forget Shazier. Tuitt and multiple kickers.

I think him leaving the stadium tells you all you need to know. Ben's season (and the Steelers) is over.

Of course! The kicking situation with Scobee was a nightmare and cost us one game and quite possibly a chance against the Pats. Shazier's nickname will soon be Tubby (for in the tub) if he continues at this pace. Tuitt yes missed a couple games.

One last thing and just a guess, his injury may very well be to his achilles tendon. If it's a lisfranc injury then its time to draft Ben's replacement.

If we somehow sneak into the playoffs with Landry, I'll consider it to be a great season.

300 lbs fell on his foot. It looks like a serious injury, Lisfranc. Best case... severe sprain.

SN radio just said based on Gilbert's reaction to Ben answering him on the sidelines, just before Ben got on the cart out, it's a bad injury.

I thought Achilles at 1st, but who knows

My guess is that he has broken bones, and/or torn ligaments, in his foot. Hoping for the best, but that could end up being career threating/ending.

I think I agree with part. Ben broke something in that foot and may be done for season. But, Give me some jones! I ain't hear no fat lady

It looked to me like his foot snapped in half.

I'm hoping for the best, but expecting the worst.

The same doctor that predicted Ben's knee injury correct is also predicting a lisfranc injury with surgery, which is a very serious injury.

For what it is worth (basically nothing), Dale Lolley just posted on twitter it is a sprained foot.

I think it would have had to bend the opposite way for an Achilles. My guess is dislocation, tendon damage, or broken bones. They have x-Ray at the stadium so if they took him to the hospital it must mean they wanted a quick MRI before it swelled up.

Well, I'll hope Dale is right ... Go to Cleve with Landry and hope he is "Good Landry" for that game. If it's "broke in half" or "Lis Franc" or some other career ending injury, this board will be a **** house of misery while we revisit the 80's.

That tells me it isn't a lisfranc injury then because I think that is revealed with an X-ray.
