Just listened to Savaran's interview with Holmes.
Impressed with his heart and communication skills.

Wasn't there a large and vocal group on this site clamoring for the Steelers to **** him out like a greasy cheeseburger when he was suspended? And those same people threw a fit because the Steelers got ripped off for only getting a 5th round pick for him?

Maybe I'm remembering it wrong...

Whether they did or didn’t doesn’t matter. As fans we can appreciate the contributions and what he did ON the field. Also, fans can hold players accountable for behavior OFF the field. What he did ON the field was incredible and worthy of a heartfelt “best wishes” and “thank you”. He paid his dues for messing up. Anyone on the Jets will tell you that. I mean, the JETS! Wholly ****! He would have been better off in Canada. Glad he came back home and retired in black and gold, where he was used properly.
