It's hard to get anything going when you never play a team very often. They had a group of LBs (4) whom were talked of being the best ever but I disagree with that statement because PITTSBURGH has had a dominant history of LBs and them being the BEST of the BEST.


ADD to this in any form you may like but it is Saints week and our Mighty STEELERS are going to show that the CHEATRIOTS game was N OT an anomaly. Our Coaching staff will surprise you with two in a row.


Big day for our RBs and TEs. BEN gets a pretty good outing as well.

I've been to 2 games the Steelers have played in 'Nawlins since 1990.

It's my joint...I love that city. Won't be hitting this one.

The Saints have a good pass rush..but we have, perhaps, the best pass blocking o-line in the game.

Something's got to give...Ben has to play his *** off and the playcalling has to be spot on and creative.

Keep on with the defensive schemes we used last week.

And retroactively trade up for Derwin James.

One of my STEELERS buddy is flying down and staying with his CuZin who is a Saints fan. Should be a good time for him.

I told him if the STEELERS coaches put the time into this game plan as they did for the CHEATRIOTS game plan, NO is going to be sad at the end of the game.

If this game wasn't right before Christmas I would have flown in for it. This one and the Denver game (glad I didn't go to that) were games I wanted to go to this year before the schedule was released. Traveling during the holidays is a clusterfuck.

Next year I think we are st SF, which is an easy one for me to get to. Gotta get my 2019 trips on the books but have to wait til late April for the schedule

Not much history pre-Brees... poor Benson (RIP) had very little reason to twirl his umbrella prior to Brees getting there.

Those New Orleanians had to deal with Hurricane Katrina in 2005. This Sunday, they'll have to deal with Hurricane Wattrina. (err, kinda ghey, lame?). Lord knows he's our only edge rushing threat; Dupree might as well party all night on Bourbon St. since he's invisible come game time anyway.

I think we bring mucho muscle to this game. Heavy doses of Vance and Nix on O; physical, physical, physical. Short, quick passing by Ben and lots of trips WR formations. On D, Vincenzo and the safeties better have the games of their lives, dealing w/Kamara and Ingram. We used to praise VWill for his ability to lay the wood. Haven't seen much of that this year. Give Fort more snaps this game. We should be double teaming Thomas throughout the game.

You're right and when Ben was rookie / first few years of his career, he was fantastic at that so maybe he can repeat the early days...................... I'll take which ever seems to work with a little scoring mixed in.

Tough to turn back time DIC, it is the measure by which we all are scored. That being said...I'm still trying to wrap my head around this other little truism......LOL
