Sad, but interesting, story about Strzelczyk and his family

It's kinda ****** to call a person out for not attending a funeral. It's not like you get an invitation months in advance. I missed two of my grandparents funerals because it just wants feasible to attend.
 
I will also add that most people don't get emotional support etc after they move on from a job.

What you did get is paid a damn good amount of money. And if you do the right things with that money you are set for life.

I feel bad for players passing and sad for their family's grief.

But to say the NFL owe's you something it is a fricken business.

Let's see if you run a business if you are going to show up to every persons passing or give emotional support etc. to a employee or his / her family.

Sure in a perfect world maybe. But I wake up everyday and see that this world has a common theme,

My grandma died during finals week of college. Luckily my college (Saint Vincent) let me make them up at a later date. My one teacher just gave me the grade I had because he said I would have had to have a perfect or scored like 20% to effect my grade. If I had been far away from home of a different college then who knows what would have happened. I did not attend my college graduation my g-ma never saw me in a suit, so I wore a suit to her viewing. Anyways I just cant find real fault for Cowher not going to the funeral. Who knows what he had going on at the time.
 
I've missed plenty of funerals I wanted to attend because they were scheduled during the week, on a workday where it was hard to get time off. When I pass, my funeral will be scheduled on a Saturday.
