Ryan Clark axed

Only on our board can we go from Ryan Clark to a discussion on food.
I’m steering back to Clark for a moment then you can go back to pork.
I liked Ryan as a player and when he first started on ESPN but lost his way somewhere in his analyst career. He needed to go.
Next, they need to get rid of loud mouth Stephen A Smith another big mouth jerk, and Dominique Foxworth. Mina Kimes and a lot of these women need to go as well.
The one woman I like is Laura Rutledge.
ESPN is a total joke today!
I miss the old days of Chris Berman and Tom Jackson.

Porky's, Vacation, First Blood, Faces of Death, Road House, Rocky 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5, Rambo 2, Airplane 1 and 2, Blazing Saddles, Young Frankenstein, Space Balls, Terminator, Predator, Top Gun, Risky Business...

if you disagree with any of those, you're wrong and can discuss that with @IndySteel
The first Rocky is my favorite movie ever. It's not the greatest film ever but there is so much good in that film even if Sly borrowed from on the waterfront. The rest of the Rockys are just bad films. Young Frankenstein, Risky Biz Airplane and Top Gun all classics but not great films no offense. Terminator is a great all time action movie but not a cinematic masterpiece either but one ive watched many times. Most of the rest you listed is absolute trash. Listen i watch everything. I can enjoy films that arent great films for sure. No harm in that

American Beauty, Rocky, One Flew Over the Koo Koos Nest, Mission, The Shining, Kings Speech, Lawrence of Arabia, 1917, Last of The Mohicans.....to me are really good films especially 1917.

If I want funny I'll go with Trading Places and Step Brothers.....Porkys......come on....thats just flat out bad

Correct, overall food supply is absolute ****, hence the Walmart reference. Hell, last year I couldn't find a can of cream of mushroom soup that wasn't bio-engineered. So, I made my own with scratch ingredients. It's just what we need to do now. Convenience means being poisoned, stuffed with unhealthy oils, and given printed meat. Support local farmers and get good food.

I'm sorry, but you're being small minded if you're going to boycott a movie because some ***** loped off her **** and wants to pretend she's a man. She was on screen a whopping 2-3 minutes of a three-hour movie. It's your loss. Great films are subjective to too many variables and I certainly don't have to justify what I consider a great film to some jag I don't know. Especially someone who doesn't want to see one of the great epics put to the movie screen because some trans ***** has a bit part.
I am open minded and maybe I read too much negative articles about all of the wokeness regarding his film. It's possible. I could be wrong and no you don't have to list any films but I thought to myself if the guy lists some darn good quality films and he thinks this is one of them then I'll go see it. If on the other hand you start listing films like Tenet (which was dog meat) or Marvel movies then it's probably best to stay at home. I was asking for your list to see where you stood. I didn't insult you bro. But now that you called me a jag, why don't you eat Ellen's chopped off deek and you can serve it with a side of your locally grown Monsanto modified vegetables that you get at your local farm that you've convinced yourself are not

You guys have the best taste in a football franchise in the Universe but I guess I'm alone on the movie list. There is a difference between excellent film and enjoyable......yeah I'm a f-ing movie snob......without question but Iron City you are listing some dog sheet films there. Young Guns? Tombstone? God awful.......sorry they are. I'll give you credit on Josey....but how can you not mention Unforgiven? That's a fantastic Clint film and I'm a huge Clint fan.....Grand Torino was great. Million Dollar Baby even better. He's done some great films. Days of Thunder an excellent film? That gets 2 stars.

Roadhouse? Come on guys......yeah fun to watch but an excellent film? I mean these aren't at the top of my list but Fight Club, or 12 Monkeys, or Heat would be better options than Roadhouse.

There were some tough layoffs today.
Stephania Bell-great for injury news

Other football-related cuts included:
Bart Scott
Cam Newton

The Life of Brian needs a mention. Amadeus was sensational.

It's just a little bunny rabbit
It's only a flesh wound lol

Yeah well the whole sports media complex has deteriorated in quality along with film, food, art.....just about everything .....it is what it is. I would love to hear what sites all of you like to go to for football and sports in general. The Athletic puts some good stuff out
i go to Steeler Nation..anything important will show up here

the athletic is not a good source

I was a projectionist at a first run movie theater for about 5 years and found that 97% of movies are crap.
That being said, whether a movie is 'good' or 'bad' is subjective.
I've seen crappy movies that I enjoyed, and I've seen classic masterpieces that bored me.
My standard is ' was it entertaining ?'

I think a great movie is a great movie.....no one can tell me Silence of The Lambs or 1917 is not a great movie even if they were bored.

Step Brothers is hysterical. It is not a great movie however.

I think in regard to film, entertaining is 100% subjective. Whether it is great is less subjective but obviously everything is subjective to a degree.

Film critics have bias, and MOs of course but the general consensus of those who judge film tend to be fairly sound (not as sound as it used to be with politics now involved mind you).
