If you haven’t watched “Clarkson’s Farm” on Prime, you should.

The insanity of the left, what is the purpose of farming?
There's a suburb of Phoenix, called Gilbert, where the chief of Police there is trying to establish the definition of a street gang. These individuals took a life, call themselves the Gilbert Goons, laugh about it on social media, but the chief is more obsessed with their definition than the crime itself, and apparently not certain whether to arrest them. It's like arguing that the victim of a hate crime is more dead than a non-hate crime. Years ago, words became more important than physical actions and we're now reaching the level of absurdity.

When I first heard Clayton's farm I thought kelly Clarkson started up a pot farm.

Dude said that from the 40s-80s that efforts were made to greatly influence foreign places, but that turned inwards when domestic dissent emerged.

It's not a long journey from the 80s to where we are now in terms of government disinformation for its own people to guide them to support whatever the machine wants.

The part that is missing is who now runs this Wurlitzer machine? Clearly that is where the globalists/intel/elites/WEF and similar evolves into American politics. The obvious implication is whomever was "on guard" for the interests of American citizens for the past couple generations is either stupid or lying. And if they are lying, that ought to rise to the level of crimes against the USA.

Reagan, GHW Bush*, Schultz*
GHW Bush*, Quayle, Baker*/Eagleburger*
Clinton, Gore, Christopher*
Clinton, Gore, Albright*
GW Bush, Cheney*, Powell*
GW Bush, Cheney*, Rice*
Obama, Biden*, H Clinton*
Obama, Biden*, John Kerry*
Trump, Pence, Tillerson*/Pompeo*
Biden*, Harris, Blinken*

* Former WH, SoS, CIA, Foreign Relations, NSA/C, DoD Contracter/Big Oil

All those starred come from the rarified class of people supporting American foreign policy that now seems to have turned inwards.

Those not starred are either former governors, actors, or empty suit ****** like Harris, Gore, Quayle and Obama. Gore and Obama both stand out as Harvard educated globalists.

Like the old Sesame Street song, one of these names is not like the others. Trump

I still hold out hope for a constitutional convention of the states. The list of **** that needs addressed keeps growing. At the top of it is term limits, dismantling three letter agencies,no insider trading, yearly audits, massive federal government downsizing, a balanced budget ammendment.

They've put in so many laws to subverting the constitution, that it will take forever to strike them all down. They sneak them in under the falsehood of it's for our own protection. Yeah, that never works out for the good ever.

There aren't a lot of options left. You already see what happens of you're an outsider trying to upset the order of things. Trump has certainly brought all of the roaches into the light.

Agree, but the problem I have with that is the Dems are lot more organized and unified and I'm afraid they'll get everything they want and the GOP will squabble among themselves and won't get jack ****.

That's not the way it works. California would have no more say than Montana. The delegates are the same.

What we do have is more states under republican control than the dems. It's a super long shot to get anything ratified, but the American people deserve the chance to save the republic before it's too late.

The last time the republic got saved 650,000-850,000 Americans died.

It would be nice to avoid something catastrophic like that, which could come just as easily from an economic collapse alone. We certainly have made a lot of enemies in the world and our borders have been wide open for a long time, intentionally! It won't take much to upset the order of things.

Maybe I just think about this stuff more as I get older. I just don't see anyone trying to safeguard the future of the country for our children and their children.

This stuff isn't magically going to fix itself.

Steelr4ever,

While the idea of a Constitutional convention has great appeal, and your issues are real and significant, I just don't see a path to that happening.

You correctly point out that California would have the same "say" as Montana.....so why would CA, or NY, or TX, or FL, etc. ever want to do that?

And Burgundy points out that the agenda will be set by many inputs, not just the core American Constitutional values.

Lastly, there would need to a compelling reason for this even to get traction. In spite of all the **** for the past two or three generations, no large voices, including Trump, are even speaking about this.

My head says the stains/bungles are likely to win a SB before this happens.....

Under Article V of the U.S. Constitution, Congress is required to hold a constitutional convention if two-thirds of state legislatures (34 states) call for one.

There's your path. But you're right nobody will do **** until it's too late.

The Dims don't give a **** about American Constitutional values, they just want what they want.*
They will get things like "free" healthcare and housing but not a chance in hell the Pubbies get a balanced budget amendment.

* SCOTUS: "Joe, you can't unilaterally forgive student loans. That is spending and the Constitution says it has to be approved by the House."
Joe: "**** you, half of you were appointed by Republicans therefore your opinion is invalid. Imma do it anyway. Who's gonna stop me?"

And they will continue to whatever they want because they can. There's zero accountability when the law doesn't apply to you.

The sky is the limit. They convince their little followers the cause is so noble, that the law must be broken to save the country from evil Trump. You're right, they don't give two ***** about the constitution or the country.

We've watched 8 years of it now.

Yep, when was the last one?

At least 30 years now....

1787. I'd say we're long overdue. It would either put us on the road to fixing things or a breakup.

You know what's worse? Doing absolutely nothing. Which is the most likely scenario. Unfortunately we don't have men like Franklin, Washington and Jefferson around anymore.

yep.....which states are calling for the Constitutional Convention now?

I believe they had 19 states the last time I checked. It appears to have stalled over the last few years. Which isn't surprising considering how it's being attacked by both main political parties.

You could actually go back to President Kennedy.
It got heated up with Woodrow Wilson. Lotta mischief going on in 1913.
1. Creation of the Federal Reserve Bank.
2. 16th Amendment creating the Federal Income Tax.
3. 17th Amendment, Senators elected by the popular vote instead of their state legislatures.
President Wilson had previously been the president of Princeton University and this was the beginning of the bureaucratic state where the smart people who went to the right schools would move into the government and tell you how to run your life instead of things being voted on by Congress.

I was meaning government agencies being weaponized against American citizens and poltical dissenters.

From my understanding Kennedy wanted to dismantle the cia.

Is there an organized effort for this......who is they, and when was this forwarded? I have seen almost nothing on this topic, except in these forums....just seems a fanciful idea with no real basis?
Thanks in advance!

Woodrow Wilson did that too.
