Right, but for the Browns to be out the Ravens have to get in... it like choosing between a **** sandwich and turd soup...
Also if the ravens lose, they need the Browns Or colts to lose as well Iirc
Ah ok, I got ya. Yeah I agree.

Yes on Watt! Probably Hayward, Haden and some other valuable older vets.
Yep, you're correct if they handcuff Rudolph we won't receive a clear picture of his progress. I'm going to be very interested to see how though he responds this week and who else we sit. On Ben like most here am convinced he injured his knee in that Dallas game. I think that's been a lot of his issues with not being able to step into his throws hence the short passing game and quick releases. Obviously they shot up the knee at halftime against the Colts since he came out throwing lasers and stepping into his throws.I doubt the Steelers would go after Darnold. Maybe if Ben hangs it up but I don't see that this year especially after last week's bounce back half. If they handcuff Rudolph then you don't get to really see where he is now in his development. Still you might be right on who they will sit...

I doubt Watt is going to sit. Tomlin said he isn't going to treat this like a preseason game so there maybe be a few more veterans such as Pouncey, DeCastro, Heyward, Haden. I can't imagine anyone else.
Yes and no... I don't necessarily want to give any playoff teams film on the Steelers going away from the "Dink & Done" offense.I hope they open it up more and quit throwing 95% under 5 yard passes.
So Ben isn't " fine " and we are backing into the #3 seed with the Ravens being likely for the playoffs.
They are taking this opportunity to not only rest Ben but to see once again how Mason performs especially against a team fighting for their playoff survival. I think we will learn a lot about the young Mr.Rudolph this week in how he respond with this opportunity. The Browns will be hunting for blood and I'm interested to see how he responds.
I wonder what the offensive game plan Fichtner will come up with. Can't wait.
Let’s have a look at that arm.If you listen closely you can by hear the wide receiver screens and running plays on 2nd and long being installed now lol
In all seriousness let Rudolf throw the ball down the field for so many good reasons

Rudolph is better than most of you remember. I expect him to have a good game.
I think you dress Dobbs. Make Ben inactive no reason for him to even be dressed if the plan is to sit him.So will Ben dress, or will Dobbs?

I think some people... can't speak for Cope... but see that little bit of promise before his concussion. I don't think he is the answer personally but with being wet behind the ears career -games started, I can still see the need for the team to look closer. Perhaps they stamp him not worthy. Maybe they lean that way now who knows. I think they still aren't to the final conclusion yet.I know this is your thing, Cope, but no he isn't. Showed zero signs of being anything more than an average QB getting a team to 7-9 wins with a good defense and running game. We'll need to see a huge leap forward on Sunday to make me and others feel any differently.

There are also scenarios where moving up to the 2nd seed would give us the Ravens first game, while avoiding them by staying at #3.
