Yes he is. Would like to see him develop his blocking and be a RZ threat.

He had a good pass catch ratio in college. That end zone TD to him shows his catch radius capability. That sure cant hurt his cause to make the final 53.

And I know the Steelers work on the blocking and let the players know how important that is.
