Im saying he's talented. But you can't win nothing with the ABs, the Owen's, the Moss' players. You see it time and time again. Me first guys are ****** useless.

Here we go with the nonsense. Sit there and tell me that the 2004 Eagles lost the Super Bowl because of TO's attitude. Never mind that the guy had 9 catches for 122 yards in that game, after rehabbing like a madman after he broke his leg the prior December. Never mind that the Eagles lost by 3 points wile going -3 in the turnover department. Nah, you just can't win with guys like TO. That's it.

And never mind that New England only managed 45 yards rushing on 16 carries in Super Bowl 42. Never mind that Moss had 5 catches for 62 yards and a touchdown. It was his me-first attitude that must have done the Patriots in.

You know, you just "can't win nothing" with a guy like Dan Marino, either.

I disagree he wasn’t moved for lack of production. He was moved for what went on behind the scenes as well as what you and I could see.

Being on his best behavior = cancer in remission?

No more like slow moving cancer ready to break out at any given moment.

His production was already known capable so it is no shock to anyone what he is capable of.

Never said Pickens was moved for lack of production, although he never smelled this level of success with the Steelers. He finished #38, #16, and #32 in receiving yards while in Pittsburgh.

They aren't using DK as deep threat at all. Besides that, he's putting up numbers comparable to Pickens when he was WR1 here. I agree he'd have monster numbers in Dallas.

Big difference is Pickens was a threat down field Metcalf isn't. At this point it seems they only throw the screen to Metcalf or a 5 yard button hook/out. Oh. I did see a 1 and ahalf yard (what looked to be a slant) at the end of the game yesterday. A new wrinkle I think.

I don't know what happened. In the beginning of the season it looked like Rodgers used all parts of the field. As the season has progressed we have reverted back to the drastically limited offense that we have run the 1/2 dozen seasons.

I dont think he gets into off field trouble. I think hes a ****** headcase. He wasn't happy in Pittsburgh. He was petulant his entire past season. If they were changing the head coach.....maybe. But even at that hes already showing cracks in Dallas. Out till 5 am day before game say for beginning in a token way. Excessive celebration penalty and fine. They cannot throw him 30 million a year. I think they will regret.

Dallas rode George like a stallion last night and came back from 21-0 to win.

It's terrible to see him excel and carry the Cowboys to victory when DK looks like a regular guy every week...

A hot topic here but every fan I am sure loved thoughts of DK and Pickens. I am sure most if not all fans wished they could have controlled his behavior. I glimpsed at something that the man GP even mentioned he should have handled the situation better.


I feel about him like I do every other player that is not a Steelers player currently, good player in his case …That is the extent of my thoughts on him as they wouldn’t really be an ongoing topic for me if not for the fans here back n forths.

The bottom line is the HC couldn’t handle him. He would still be with the team if he could. For me the what ifs become as pointless as if I wished for any other scenario.

We wish in one hand and sheet in the other.
