A very sad thing happened last night in Hollywood. Rob Reiner, a tortured and struggling, but once very talented movie director and comedy star, has passed away, together with his wife, Michele, reportedly due to the anger he caused others through his massive, unyielding, and incurable affliction with a mind crippling disease known as TRUMP DERANGEMENT SYNDROME, sometimes referred to as TDS. He was known to have driven people CRAZY by his raging obsession of President Donald J. Trump, with his obvious paranoia reaching new heights as the Trump Administration surpassed all goals and expectations of greatness, and with the Golden Age of America upon us, perhaps like never before. May Rob and Michele rest in peace!

Meathead was one of the people pushing the Russia hoax, the Steele dossier and the impeachment nonsense. Trump didn't say anything out of pocket. Totaly anodyne statement.

Sometimes it is just better to just not say anything. There was no reason to make the post other than to stroke his own ego. The kid had issues before Trump was even a Republican so I highly doubt the killings had anything to do with Trump.
 
It was a horrible thing to say.
That untimely and totally unnecessary response definitely doesn’t help to keep the cusp voters in 10 months during midterm elections.
But it doesn’t really surprise me, as I and others have mentioned, Trump is his own and his parties worst enemy at times.
It will never happen, but I think it would go a long way politically if he retracts an issues an updated message.
I can only imagine his chief of staff still trying to pick her jaw up off the floor.

I disagree.

People want to be represented by those they know will fight against communists. Leaders have balls and fight for the nations interests.

Obviously, I don’t quite look at it like that in this situation. I don’t believe Rob Reiner was a threat to the nations security. I appreciate your opinion, and in my opinion, Trump is definitely fighting for the nations interest, but pissing on Reiners grave, especially when body is still warm, does nothing to keep us safer..
In fact, one can argue it makes us less saver by potentially losing critical votes at midterms.

Yes, I’ve seen and heard all the remarks made by Mr. Reiner.
Trump’s statement certainly didn’t have to say “oh I love you, man and I forgive all your words that you’ve ever said about me”….but it certainly didn’t need to go in the direction it did,and with the somewhat confusing remarks about his TDS being a factor in the man’s death remarks .
You know some of the best things I’ve said in my life, are things I didn’t say.
I think it would’ve benefited Trump and possibly ultimately the Republican Party overall, if the president aligned with that thinking in this instance..

Lost on you is the fact that Trumps comment on Reiner’s death validates much of what Reiner said about Trump.
 
While few will condone Trumps comments regarding Reiner, I can also appreciate the fact that he's not running for re-election and agree that politically, Reiner was a POS, just my opinion.

Should he have said it, no, as it serves no purpose, especially when it's directed at someone that tragically lost their life, however, his statement was factually correct,
but it was over the line and gives the libs something else to scream about non-stop for the next 2 weeks.

The guy is dead he is not attacking anyone. Trumps post was in very poor taste and in no way combating communism. Trump and Reiner obviously didn't like each other and that is fine, but Trump did not need to say anything. There is no reason for it other than to be a jackass. There is also no evidence he was murdered for his political beliefs. Trump has to make everything about himself. Nick had struggled with drugs / mental health since he was a teen when Donald was playing with the Clintons.
