Gronk when healthy was the third amigo and clearly the least important of the bunch.

Of the field Gronk strikes me as an honest goof ball. Maybe one day he’ll give the media a peak behind hoodies curtain.

In preparation he was still the guy you had to match up. When they were in trouble they would still flank him out. I'm not sad he hung up the cleats.
 
Gronk was a weapon for sure but over the past couple of years, they were able to win without him. Belicheat will come up with something so this won't effect them in the least. The only person that sinks this team is losing Marsha.

Gronk was the most dominant TE in the game. Even hurt he was a force.
 
I'd like to know what his folks were feeding him. Gronk, his brothers and even his old man are big and muscular bodies. I think father Gronk owned (owns) a gym or some type of training facility. They all played and excelled at collegiate sports.
Like another post, he strikes me as an "honest goofball" as well and when healthy a serious threat on the field.
Wouldn't surprise me if there are a series of "Gronk and The Rock" films coming! Gronk goes Hollywood!

A report on tweet says he wants to relax for awhile and do nothing.

End of Aug, gronkey bored chasing honeys and doing beer bongs,. Gives Steelers hometown discount signs for a. Season.
 
Definately dominant TE and somehow he seemed to have MOST DBs number. He got shut out or held to minimal at times but the opposing team had to designate player(s) to do that. He won't come out of retirement and he won't be giving the STEELERS any discount and as one poster somewhere hoped.............. He will NOT play for the Bills either. One down, three to go (Ernie / b*lly / t*mmy g*rl.

I'd really like to see Ernie pack it in. If Belichick went immediately after or they were not nearly as good. That would tell me a whole lot.
 
I think come November Gronk might just get bored and want to come back and play for the stretch run and playoffs. He doesn't need the long season and training camp with his beat up body and all the wear and tear. Gronk coming back rested and fresh is a nightmare for the rest of the league.
