The NT of big snack days is extinct. There’s no Vince Wilfork either—since game is no longer about hitting , defensive players have to be more agile and fast

Its really about substitution. The problem with the 340 lb guy is running him off the field. The value is that he generally takes up one and a half gaps. if he demands double teams by the centre and guard it opens up the B or C for a blitz. Casey Hampton could still play in this league, but he would undoubtedly be used differently. Offense is dictating too much what defense does.

Like I said, it's not always we are in 2 DL, but the Browns playoff game, every offensive TD the Browns scored came with us in a 2 DL set.
