Good article. I think any great franchise builds from within the draft and spices it up with the RIGHT Free Agent. If you are looking for answers in free agency (Buccaneers not withstanding) you usually fail. Usually, that right free agent is a guy looking to win and comes to your team because of the winning culture, not a payday.

Our beloved STEELERS have become to us due to these very core values they have used continuously since I can remember. How this team has operated in the past has drawn many a fan base that is why it is hard to accept some of the ways this franchise is operating currently. I'll always be a STEELERS fan for life but also know I need to accept the changes, both team and culture that are forthwith.
