Report: AB hurls slur toward Mayock, then offers ’emotional’ apology

I'll go you one further, I don't think the N word, as we're now trained to say, offends anyone and is used solely for political purposes.

Why no outrage with all the "music" lyrics. After all if it's so offensive, it should never be uttered by anyone. It's just 6 letters in a particular order that won't kill anyone.

But it's where we're at when words mean more than actions these days. If it is a big deal, then there is a double standard, done for social points.

Good, at least he won't be a P*t until after we play them. Here's hoping he's a raider long after Gruden and Mayock are fired for the dumpster fire seasons they have there, they knew damn well what they were getting.

I wouldn't worry about AB getting paid, we all know he'll be broke 4 years after he's out of the league no matter how mich he earns, f him and the raiders, I'll enjoy watching them fail

Ok. So for the rapper/singers(about 1%) maybe they shouldn't get offended, but what about the other 99%?

This is what I think. A racial slur is a racial slur. They also are both just words. Only a small minded person would let a word hurt you. Mike Mayock obviously isn’t a small minded person and was able to get over it.

Question: If Mayock called AB any racial slur would he be able to get over it?

You know damn well AB would use it to his advantage and he would become the victim as usual. Some are still considering AB the victim..
For example, look up Michael Thomas’s tweet how he wouldn’t respect Mayock either because he wasn’t ranked high on Mayock’s WR rankings coming out of college.

Wait until he gets a minor injury and sits it out cause he already got paid. Drama not over by a long shot. Test that new helmet out big boy.
