Big division game tonight, both are 1-0. The loser could potentially be in last place at 1-1 after this weekend. I mention that only to point out how much better a Tie is vs a loss. 1-0-1 beats 1-1.
The Bengals could surprise this year. Last year’s 1st round WR John Ross is starting to make plays. He’s a deep threat along with AJ Green. They can stretch the field and have Eifert (until he’s hurt) and Tyler Boyd work underneath. Mixon is looking better at RB.
But Dalton still comes up short vs top defenses.
The Ravens added Crabtree and John Brown at WR. Last week vs the Bills, the Ravens pretty much ran a practice. They barely ran the ball. They took advantage of the fact Buffalo had almost no chance of scoring points to use it like a preseason game and practice their pass offense. Flacco looked good.
The Bengals had a tough gme vs Indianapolis. Who is better prepared? The team that was challenged or the team that coasted to an easy win?
