They laid that hammer quickly.
Already speculation this could put them in market for Bell? But I believe I’ve read Rats are tight against the cap and have players they want to keep on D, most specially Mosley and Suggs. Doubt/hope they can’t compete with other suiters for Bell, but if they do, I definitely hope it results in Mosley hitting market and Steelers strike right back?!!!

Collins production on the field and attitude in practice and meetings went south so perhaps the team was looking for an excuse to dump him.
He wrecked his Corvette hitting a tree on a 2 lane side road in Owings Mills near the Rats training facility. When Baltimore County police arrived at 4 AM they found Collins asleep and smelled Mr. Boo. Collins proceeded to tell the Po Po he had weed in the car that turned out to be in the felony possession with intent quantity range and handgun ammo! He then continues to divulge there is more dope and guns at his house?
LOL, guess Collins never heard the word "lawyer" used in a sentence before?
