My biggest concern if I was a Browns fan outside of the coaching hire would be whether or not the Browns will play with the same fire as they did this year. They went out there to show everyone they weren't losers anymore and to stick it to Hue Jackson. I could see this team buying into their own hype real quick and not capitalizing on all of the talent they've assembled.
