I love Alex Koroza's football eye, and he does an excellent film breakdown of the big Jesse James 51yd catch, and how it was set up from earlier plays, out of the same personnel grouping, running outs the previous times:

I will say, Fichner is the smartest OC we've had to date. This offense is more diverse, utilizes more players, and builds on previous plays, better than any OC we've had. Moving forward, it's going to get tougher and tougher for defense to scheme against this guy, since we can just slide personnel, and adjust to the defenses.
This is getting to be like watching the Patriots, who set their game plan and personnel grouping to exploit the other team's defensive weaknesses, as opposed to the old status quo, of keep doing what you do well until the other team stops it.
