Tomlin is to ******* stubborn to have people help him with anything like that

There was an NFL films thing or something about those guys. Called them "get back" coaches. That's their entire job. Been around for a while.

Cowher had a "get back" coach and he was hilarious. They showed a segment on him and he was creative / kind / ******* but ONLY as hard as those drove him to be. He grabbed Cowher by the shoulders and moved him three feet and stated sternly, stay back of the white line..............

People are knocking Tomlin for not having someone to make sure he doesn't walk on the field? I find the whole thing stupid myself. Just have self control and watch where you are going.
 
I'd like a coach to keep Cool Shades focused on the game and eliminate that bug eyed 1000 yard stare. Thats what I'd like!

You do remember him standing on the field vs Baltimore right? I agree it seems like a stupid thing, but hell I coach highschool girls soccer, and I lose track of where I am and go to far, and the ref has to say something to me. I can see nfl Coaches doing it

Tomlin needs a challenge coach more than anything, a guy all of his ridiculous challenges must go through (let the guy even hold the red flag so dippy can't have a "moment"). The challenge coach would be in charge of walking Spot (the challenge dog) over to Tomlin and have him pee on his leg anytime he even suggests to challenge a spot. The challenge coach would scold Cool Shades, "Never challenge the Spot! Its just like pissing away your challenges"
 
Not knocking Tomlin for not having a stay back coach. I'm knocking him for not paying attention to detail in other areas of the game. Like someone said you can start with challenges. They affect almost every game. What I'm saying is Tomlin is not a detail oriented coach and it costs us.

Tomlin needs a challenge coach, a time out coach, a get the **** off the field coach.... why not just get Tomlin a "head coach" coach? Then he can sit on the sidelines during the games and just look puzzled all the time without having to worry about the actual game. Sounds like a plan.

Put me in the Tomlin at Baltimore crowd. By far one of his best genius moments as head coach and he executed to perfection. Call me up when McVay pulls this one off.

He's already focused too much on the game... **** that. Let him focus on important **** like number of blades of grass per square inch of field or how many pixels are on the jumbo tron... important **** like that.
 
Can they hire him a coach to better evaluate defensive talent?
