The new coaching staff has been talked about heavily, but there has also been a good amount of turnover on the roster as well. 2025's Team MVP, Kenneth Gainwell, left Pittsburgh in free agency and signed with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, and Pittsburgh also upgraded the offense by bringing in more weapons. Michael Pittman Jr. and Rico Dowdle are two of the main additions, and there could be more as the organization still has some cap space to work with.
