Preseason game at Lambeau

Dude I don't have any answers, just thought - hoped - the Steelers would make some moves to bring in some capable ILB's. Don't know or care how they'd do it, that's above my pay grade. Don't forget Colbert pointed to Matatevich as a possible step-in starter....that seems like a leap of faith in hindsight.

It's not like he's getting much help from this paper bag offensive line. Not a single starter on the line, in fact I'd wager 3 of the 5 don't make the final 53. They also took JuJu out after the second drive, Conner as well. His WR's are Hunter, Washington, and Patterson. With Hunter being the #1. Quit acting like he should already be in pro bowl form in his second preseason game.

Don't worry Insanity, you might have missed the earlier posts, but I've been drinking tonight. I'm going to be a bit more emotional than usual.

Davis and Watt are still injured and being held out. Wouldn't have played if it was regular season either. Heyward was a holdout as well as Haden, but that is our 1 on the field with everyone else out there.

Looked like Villa, Decastro, and Gilbert started with Feiler and Finney.

Landry Jones just cemented his spot on the roster for 3 more years

Only 2 stops tonight on D, and it doesn't matter because the O spotted them 2 TDs...
 
This is not the game you'll want to cue up as you get your mind ready for the season opener. We're accomplishing deeply negative numbers across the board tonight, in all three phases of the game. Should bring all the players and coaches (and fans) back to earth in a hurry. Which is a good thing.
 
If anything this game should be bulletin board material, players forced to watch and re-watch the lowlights. Enough rotten tomatoes to go around, and then some.
 
Wow, a downfield completion for a first down! WTF. This is like watching Malone's offense in the 80s...
 
I don't know many WRs that make that catch, wow Washington.
 
Now that is what Washington does. Goes up and gets it! Great play! Stealing an INT for a TD!!

There is no one out there but Bowman and Freeman from the Bears. Freeman retired but he might come back and he'd have to serve a two game suspension because he's a steroid junkie. Still a good player but he's only a temporary solution.
 
Washington will be at Calvin Johnson level regarding contested catches
 
I like Dobbs skill set more than Rudolph's. Better arm and way more agility and speed
