Not defending the Ravens but could it be that the Ravens was more of a dumbass individual rather than a team knowingly breaking the rules. It still does not explain the 4 strains though...

Ravens were missing a lot of players, but Denver was forced to play w/o a QB and Cleveland had no WRs. In Cleveland's case it could ultimately cost them a spot in the playoffs. At my work a couple months ago an agency nurse aide came to work with Covid / symptoms. She lied to our infection control nurse. Of course the department of health found out about it and our facility was still ultimately responsible. In the Ravens case even if the coach came to work w/o informing anyone of his symptoms the Ravens should ultimately be held responsible for his actions.
