I would be very happy with the Raiders late 1st pick and it makes the most sense. And truthfully a lot of flash goes in the upper part of the first round and the Steelers find very good talent late consistently. I'd go wr LB or corner. I'd feel very good moving forward that way. Plus there would be a ton of FA money available in 2020. No AB, no Bell and unfortunately no Shazier.

LOL, you still think Oliver will go in the top ten?. He might not even go in the top 15. At pick #20, the Steelers would be fools to pick him. He's a 4-3 DT only. Too small for 3-4 nose, too short for 3-4 end.
I think his combine weight is BS. Why not work out? Cause he wants to lose some weight first and do it on campus? I think so. He knee has to be fine by now.
why do the vertical and broad jump then? extra weight would have negative impact on both of those

Aaron Donald does pretty well at his size on the DL...and Oliver is taller and basically the same weight and his 32 reps on the bench shows he is strong enough

I did not see anyone on the web mention his short arms or he could play LB before me.

Did Donald play NT the majority of time in college? It is a lot different rushing from over the center than it is farther outside.
Oliver had more TFLs in his first two seasons than any player ever....so by that standard he is better than Donald....
will he go in the top 10? who the **** knows....as I have said multiple times it will come down to which guy teams feel fill their needs best.....
when he excels in the DL and LB drills later this month, there is very likely to be a team that falls in love with his abilities.

Interestingly, Oliver had over 60+ plays in the BACKFIELD during his last couple years. That averages out to 2-3 plays per game.” Kiran said, he is perfect as a 4-3 DL and some DC could be very creative with Oliver because of his hand strength and penetration speed.
